REQUIREMENTS
- Must be licensed or be within 2 months of licensure
- Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
- Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts. Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.

JOB BRIEF
This position provides face to face and Telehealth occupational therapy. Greater Hope employees are responsible for maintaining their own caseload, completing all required documentation as governed by company policy.
As a member of the Greater Hope team, you should always be professional, friendly, and empathetic to client needs.
Hours for all staff are flexible and vary according to client needs. This full-time position is a W2 employee and the hourly rate ranges from $40 – $65 per hour. Pay range is based on average client load and years of experience.

- Conducting physical and psychological assessments of clients and developing or following a treatment plan.
- Assessing home and work environments of clients and deciding what adjustments are needed.
- Advising on adaptive equipment to help clients with daily activities.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you are often times the first point of contact for our clients. This means you should always be professional, friendly, and empathetic to client needs.
Clinical supervision is provided at no charge to staff to ensure quality care to children, adolescents, adults, and families.
Hours for all outpatient therapists are flexible and vary according to client needs. Must be able to maintain a caseload of at least 24 clients per week. This full-time position is a W2 employee and the hourly rate ranges from $40 – $65 per hour. Pay range is based on average client load, License type and years of experience.

- Nutritional Management – Formulate diet plans and provide nutritional counseling to individuals with eating disorders (Anorexia, bulimia, and binge eating disorder), OCD, Autism Spectrum Disorder, and Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder.

PAY: $18-$23/hr based on experience (Part to Full time)
DESCRIPTION
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide exceptional client experience while greeting clients, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and supporting any administrative needs.
- Coordinate collaboration of patient care with providers in and outside of practice, to include medical record requests.
- Contact Health Insurance companies to follow up on claims submitted on Clients behalf
- Coordinate the logistics of the office, including clinical and executive staff calendars.
- Completing and auditing operational reporting, providing operational insights to executive staff.
- Demonstrating a solution-focused approach while navigating staff through operational challenges.
- Organize and facilitate community events.
- Demonstrate project management skills by leading practice initiatives.
