RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in face to face interactions as well as on  social media.
  • Complete assessments
  • Effectively create and carry out treatment plans using evidence-based practices.
  • Communicate with referral sources as well as Primary Care Physicians after initial intake and as frequently as beneficial to the client.
  • Complete progress notes within 24 hours of time of service.
  • Complete timesheet daily reflecting the billable hours worked.
  • Maintain client’s charts and keep complete and correct documentation.
  • Complete discharge summaries.
  • Develop rapport with clients in order to facilitate a healthy professional relationship.
  • Exercise sound clinical and professional judgement.
 
 

REQUIREMENTS

  • Must be licensed or be within 2 months of licensure
  • Must have knowledge of current theoretical approaches to the delivery of counseling services.
  • Must have knowledge of strategies for examining, applying and evaluating cognitive/behavioral therapy concepts. Additional skills required include thorough knowledge of the clinical aspects of the mental health field.

This position provides face to face and Telehealth occupational therapy. Greater Hope employees are responsible for maintaining their own caseload, completing all required documentation as governed by company policy.

As a Behavioral Health Clinician, you are often times the first point of contact for our clients. This means you should always be professional, friendly, and empathetic to client needs.

Clinical supervision is provided at no charge to staff to ensure quality care to children, adolescents, adults, and families.

Hours for all outpatient therapists are flexible and vary according to client needs. Must be able to maintain a caseload of at least 24 clients per week. This full-time position is a W2 employee and the hourly rate ranges from $40 – $65 per hour. Pay range is based on average client load, License type and years of experience.

Medical Office Assistant

PAY:  $18-$23/hr based on experience (Part to Full time)

DESCRIPTION

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide exceptional client experience while greeting clients, answering questions, scheduling appointments, and supporting any administrative needs.
  • Coordinate collaboration of patient care with providers in and outside of practice, to include medical record requests.
  • Contact Health Insurance companies to follow up on claims submitted on Clients behalf
  • Coordinate the logistics of the office, including clinical and executive staff calendars. 
  • Completing and auditing operational reporting, providing operational insights to executive staff. 
  • Demonstrating a solution-focused approach while navigating staff through operational challenges. 
  • Organize and facilitate community events. 
  • Demonstrate project management skills by leading practice initiatives. 
  • Engage in vendor management responsibilities, including software vendors, marketing vendors, and office vendors. 
  • Maintain reporting and provide recommendations to improve operational efficiency. 
  • Attend meetings, keep and disseminate meeting notes to relevant staff.  Maintain a professional appearance and attitude in interactions with clients and staff

Required Skills

  • High proficiency in Google Business Suite and/or Microsoft Office Software.
  • High proficiency in developing presentation materials.
  • Professional or personal experience in event planning.
  • Proficiency in social media management (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok)

Desired Skills

  • Graphic design experience with demonstrated proficiency in presentation design and marketing material design.
