Intensive Outpatient Program. (IOP). You can also choose to attend virtually, in-person, or a blend of in-person and virtual. Programs run continuously so there is no waiting to get started.
For in person attendance, you can choose to attend at our Mastery Center located at 1625 S. Church St. in Burlington NC, or head to our Wilmington location, just minutes away from beautiful Wrightsville Beach.

Treatment, Investment, And Insurance
$300 Intake assessment and medical record review
$300 One-on-one 90-120 min session – Exposure design
$1,250 per week (group ERPT & ACT sessions & individual sessions) for six-weeks
$300 optional (90-120) min family session
Fees may be reimbursable by Insurance. Coverage will vary based on your policy. To determine if insurance will reimburse you, you can contact the customer service number found on the back of your insurance card. Please contact info@greaterhopecounseling.com for an affordability analysis. Medicaid & Medicare do not allow reimbursement or network exception agreements.

Situated in Burlington as well as Wilmington, NC, this program provides an accessible and effective option for individuals seeking structure, accountability, and deep therapeutic momentum—all within a supportive, expert-led environment.
