Intensive Outpatient Program
Ignite mastery over your Obsessive Compulsive Disorder through our in-person IOP Program. Located in Burlington, NC, our program is conveniently located off HWY 85 between Durham and Greensboro. You can also choose to attend virtually or a blend of in-person and virtual attendance.
This six-week program, you will join a small group of others with OCD to develop mastery over distress, disconfirm OCD fears, and break habits. This program utilizes Exposure Response Prevention Therapy and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy in a combination of group and individual counseling sessions. You may also choose to add family sessions, to heal relationships and empower friends and family to support your long-term success.

Treatment, Investment, And Insurance
$300 Intake assessment and medical record review
$300 One-on-one 90-120 min session – Exposure design
$1,250 per week (group ERPT & ACT sessions & individual sessions) for six-weeks
$300 optional (90-120) min family session
Fees may be reimbursable by Insurance. Coverage will vary based on your policy. To determine if insurane will reimburse you, you can contact the customer service number found on the back of your insurance card.
