About Andalicia
Andalicia TeAnna Flynn-Brown, MS, LCMHCA
TeAnna Flynn-Brown (she/her) earned her Master of Science in Counseling from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro where her clinical work focused on trauma and substance use in a hospital setting. TeAnna is a licensed clinical mental health counselor associate (LCMHCA) in North Carolina. TeAnna is passionate about walking with clients of all ages and backgrounds as they navigate the ebbs and flows of OCD, anxiety, depression, and related disorders. TeAnna is trained in offering Exposure and Response Prevention Therapy (ERPT), the gold standard treatment for OCD and related disorders. Much of her work also comes from an Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) lens, as well as Motivational Interviewing (MI), Inference-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT), and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT). TeAnna is enthusiastic about incorporating mindfulness-based practices to strengthen clients’ relationship with themselves and the world around them. She offers clients an authentic, compassionate, collaborative, and explorative space. With this, she values client autonomy, felt-sense of safety, and empowerment. TeAnna is also a member and advocate for LGBTQIA+ and BIPOC communities. In her free time, TeAnna enjoys basking in the sun, yoga flows, listening to music, and connecting with her community.
