Your imagination is a powerful tool, but what happens when all the stories it tells you on repeat are scary, uncomfortable, or downright gross?

Inferential-based Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (ICBT) provides the roadmap for mastering your imagination and stop obsessions before they form.

Learn new skills while enjoying connection and companionship with fellow group members who understand the challenges you face.

Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD) can be lonely, but it doesn’t have to be!

To be eligible, you must be 18 years of age or older.

OCD Support Group (Virtual)

Support, encouragement, and companionship

Amplify your OCD Management efforts with this OCD Support group for adults at all stages of the OCD journey. Lead by OCD Experts, this group provides ongoing support, helps you set and pursue goals, and provides encouragement along the way.

To be eligible, you must be 18 years of age or older

ADHD Study Group

Taking the panic out of academia

Does procrastination and anxiety strike every time you sit down to do homework? Join this weekly study group to get support from therapists with expertise in ADHD and academic success. We’ll help you manage anxiety and procrastination, break down projects and assignments into smaller, more achievable pieces, and help you stay on track. We’ll even help you prep for exams!

To be eligible, you must enrolled in a College or University.

Enrollment in this group requires a weekly commitment for the full school semester.

ACT Group for OCD (Virtual)

Learn to master your thoughts through Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).

Reclaim what OCD has taken from you. OCD seems to have the ability to put everything in life on hold. Your brain doesn’t feel like your own. It’s filled with thoughts, urges, and impulses that you desperately want to be free of. What if there were a way to accept the presence of these thoughts without having to react to them?

In this 12 week Virtual ACT Group, you will meet with other OCD sufferers to learn how to disconnect from the hold OCD has over your brain. The group will meet weekly (except during holiday weeks) and will be 100% online. You’ll have the opportunity to connect with other people with OCD, share your experience, and hear their stories. You may just find you have more in common than you think!
